Quarantining employees is an all too common place issue that employers are having to figure out during the COVID-19 pandemic. New York state as well as a number of other states have placed restrictions on visitors and other individuals returning back into their state after being in another state, city or county that is considered to have a high amount of COVID-19 cases.
